Overview
The business environment requires, now more than ever, advanced skills in critical thinking, that is, the ability to objectively and accurately analyze available information, evaluate ideas and opinions, and formulate arguments based on evidence and logical reasoning. Critical thinking is inextricably linked to the ability to solve problems (problem solving) and make decisions (decision making). In a rapidly changing and ever-changing world of work, these skills are essential to deal with uncertain and complex situations, to stay abreast of rapid technological advances, and to grasp the prospects of the digital age with responsibility.
Through this course, participants will learn how to stimulate the personal resources needed to develop or improve analytical, situational evaluative and solution-solving, and synthesis skills, foster the generation of effective thoughts to identify the most functional choices, and improve intrapersonal and interpersonal communication.
