Overview
Businesses face an increasingly complex environment marked by rapid change, new global challenges such as climate change and geopolitical instability. In this scenario, they must adapt to changing markets, respond to sustainability demands, and take advantage of technological opportunities to remain competitive.
Internally, organizations often face rigidities in structures, difficulties in collaboration between different functions and departments, and resistance to change, all of which prevent the sharing of diverse knowledge and ideas and hinder innovation. In addition, operational load and lack of soft skills hinder creativity and the ability to develop innovative strategies to generate value and meet future challenges.
This course offers participants practical tools to develop creative ideas and apply lateral thinking, overcoming cognitive blocks. Through hands-on workshops and structured approaches, it enables people to explore future scenarios, foster collaboration, and turn insights into operational strategies to address business challenges in innovative ways.
