Overview

Change is never an isolated process; it requires strategy, people’s energy and method. As in sports, success in business comes from the combination of organization, method and passion, generating trust, collective intelligence and innovation. In this two-day course, participants will explore organizational change through program management practices, cultural analysis and performance management, with the goal of releasing personal energy and creating a positive and adaptive environment. The course, which includes time for sharing and learning, is led by two faculty members with different backgrounds but who share a passion for results and people. Participants will acquire tools and methods to develop a culture of change, defining individual change paths aligned with business strategy.
