Overview
Today, effective management cannot disregard the ability to build trust through strong and authentic relationships. It is essential to develop work environments that go beyond mere productivity, fostering people’s well-being and positive, lasting relationships. Therefore, conditions must be created so that work is not only functional for business development or productivity but also for people’s well-being and the emergence and consolidation of positive relationships. There is a need to create new healthy and generative relational habitats, where there is room even for dissent and conflict; where it is possible to express oneself with greater freedom and authenticity, a more collaborative and circular professional environment that stimulates a sense of belonging and resource engagement, strengthens the pact of trust between people and fosters long-term relationships, improving the effectiveness of teams. The objective of the course is to train participants to initiate a change of perspective with respect to the topic of human relations in professional relationships and work team management, with a special focus on the concept of conflict as a natural experience to be aware of and deal with. The course will provide an overview of the new approach to relationships according to the Swallow Method and enable participants to acquire the tools to create new habitats of trust within organizations and teams.
