Caesar Ceraso
Business executive with more than twenty-five years of experience in manufacturing. Having held, at various levels of responsibility, roles in technology and maintenance, as well as in processes engineering, he has gained significant experience in the operational management of complex manufacturing entities.
Decisive were his training experiences in Japan at the Toyota Academy and his meeting with his mentor Masaaki Yutani, Operation Managing Director of the Toyota Group.
From 1986 to 1988 he worked for ERICSSON-Fatme S.p.A. in PCB production as Chemical Process Technologist, first in the Norrköping plant in Sweden and then in the Pagani (SA) plant. In 1998, he joined ELCO S.p.A., a company operating in the production of electronic components, as Processes & Environment & Safety Manager for the Capena (RM) plant until 1990, when he joined HILME S.p.A. of the Electrolux-Zanussi Group as Technology-Maintenance & HSE Manager for the Pontinia (LT) and Bute plants in Scotland. Operation Manager for Magneti Marelli Climatization of the FIAT Group since 1994, from 2001 to 2013 he held various positions of responsibility in the service of DENSO Corporation, a Toyota Group company, such as Purchasing Manager, Lean Thinking Manager, Plant Manager (FIAT Cassino area) and Operation Manager Avellino Plant.
He has been responsible for Manufacturing for the Perugia plant of DEWALT Industrial Tool S.p.A. Belonging to the Stanley Black & Decker Group and COO at ISA S.p.A. He is currently Operation Senior Executive and expert consultant in Lean Thinking
