Overview
The word “ethics” is one of the most widely used and most misunderstood in the business world. The objective of the workshop is to provide participants with the tools to define the ethical approach that best suits their organization, which responds to the company’s values and its intended role in the market and society.
This activity does not stop on the speculative level, however, as it is enriched by the in-depth study of the steps to becoming a “purpose driven organization” and the “purpose to impact” model. In addition, the lab includes writing your own Code of Ethics from an outline provided in the classroom.
